A lost or stolen passport

You can report a lost or stolen passport at the Civil Affairs Office and apply for a new one. You will need the number of the document. The organisation that has issued this document will be able to provide you with this number.

You can apply for an emergency travel document at the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee’s office in Schiphol. More information can be found on the government’s website. Alternatively, get in touch with the helpdesk at the Emergency Documents Office at Schiphol Airport. The helpdesk is open 24 hours a day and can be reached via telephone number 003120 6038692.
