The civil affairs office named Schiphol desk is located in Arrivals 2, close to the baggage reclaim. Use the interactive map of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to have a look at its exact location (search for 'gemeente Haarlemmermeer').
From 1 September 2021, Schiphol desk will be closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
